PEANUT BUTTER BREAKY BARS

Recipe:

1 cup buckwheat groats

1 cup quinoa flakes

1/2 cup shredded coconut

1/4 cup slithered almonds

3 tbsp sesame seeds

1/4 cup dried cranberries (or blueberries)

2 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp all spice

Wet ingredients:

1/3 cup date or maple syrup

1/4 cup tahini

1/4 cup peanut butter

1 tbsp melted coconut oil

Glaze:

3 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp coconut oil

In a bowl combine all of the dry ingredients. Add in the wet ingredients and stir to evenly distribute and the mix starts to clump together. Pour the mix into a square lined slice tray, using the back of a spoon press firmly over the mix to flatten evenly, set in the fridge and pour over the glaze - in a small saucepan over moderate heat combine the peanut butter, maple syrup and coconut oil. DONE!
